PRODUCTION PROCESS

Customers who come to us will receive thorough consultation and sample images will be selected by the customer. Artists will build a 3D model to frame the statue, then the print file will be exported and processed to color the statue. The finished painted statue will be carefully inspected for completeness. The final step will be the process of packaging and delivering the product to customers.

Pictures from our customers
The customer will send us sample photos that must comply with the angle requirements. The details on the photo need to be clear so that Yishu’s artisans can rely on them to create meaningful gifts for customers. We can make all the details according to customers’ requests such as accessories, clothes, shoes, and surrounding miniatures.

3D model
The process of creating 3D images for characters will be done by artists. Their task is to convey the character’s mood through details such as posture and facial expressions. It can also get a little more complicated if the client requests a backdrop or mini scene for the statue. When working together, we always want to bring customers the most complete product, so right from the first step, the 3D model artist will show the statue’s characteristics in great detail. Our artists enjoy and immerse themselves in every moment of the project.

Using 3D printing technology to make statues
After creating the 3D model, we will send demo images to customers and receive the first feedback. From customer feedback, the statues will be 3D printed using modern technology to make models, ensuring sophistication and facial contours.

Coloring procedure
Yishu 3D has quality monitoring experts at every stage of the product creation process. The coloring process plays a very important role in the process of creating statues. From rough prints, experienced colorists will perfect the finished product with color brushes, accompanied by meticulousness, ingenuity and attention to the smallest details. SAFE NATURAL MATERIALS
Primary PLA plastic is used for the production process, taken from renewable materials such as corn starch, cassava root, sugarcane, potato starch… this is a type of plastic specialized in producing household appliances and household items. used to ensure safety for human health. This type of plastic is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, odorless and has high color retention ability, so the parts on the statue will also come alive.
